  2. Catholic Charities Senior Meal - last day to reserve a spot

    Catholic Charities hosts senior (60+) meals at Foss Park District two Tuesdays per month. Reservations must be turned in by the previous Thursday at 4pm and the next meal is May 9th. To reserve your spot, call 847-782-4170 and, if you have to leave a message, include your name, telephone number, and date you will attend. The meals are served buffet style with dessert.

  3. Kohl Children's Museum Pop-Up

    As part of the Museum’s commitment to ensuring that every child has access to a high-quality children’s Museum experience, Kohl Children’s Pop-Up Museum brings exhibits and the education team directly to communities in Northern Lake County. The Pop-Up Museum returns to Waukegan for April, May and June! The pop-up includes Imagination Playground: exploring construction using oversize building blocks; Airmazing: experimenting with air flow, wind tubes, and Bernoulli blowers; Science & You: explore science instruments and health science; Art Studio and Reading Nook; Learn at Home: fun activities to take home, to continue hands-on learning beyond the Pop-Up.
