Non-profit executive directors, managers and more are welcome on the second Thursday of every month to meet, discuss resources and events, and network with other non-profits and city staff.

Let kids take the lead in Nature Discovery! Connect kids with nature through outdoor exploration. Along the way, learn the benefits of nature play. May include hiking through different habitat types, stopping to explore what the children find most interesting. As kids explore and play in nature they gain confidence, build skills, and use their imagination. Children who connect with nature may be more inventive and better problem-solvers. Adults learn the benefits of outdoor play, while kids experience it. Meet behind the Greenbelt Cultural Center. Program is outdoors.

The Lake County Stormwater Management Commission (SMC) invites you to attend the Lake Michigan Watershed-Based Plan Public Information Meeting. SMC will be presenting an overview of the 2022 Lake Michigan Watershed-Based Plan. If you cannot attend in person, register to attend via Zoom.

Fun is in the forecast every Thursday night with Live Trivia! Prizes each round. Bring your friends and your own food or order delivery. The most common excuse for not playing is: 'We're terrible at trivia (paraphrased)' and ZümBier wants you to know they're right there with you! But it's free and there are prizes and it's a fun night.
