Join the fine folks at Dandelion in Yoga and Meditation after the big holiday. Meditate and practice yoga with Waukegan Wellness in the ambiance of art at Dandelion Gallery & Studio! Prepare to create! Join us for an all levels class designed with the artist in mind. A gentle sequence blending Himalayan style movement with traditional postures—Targeting parts of the body that an artist may need some love; but are still beneficial for all. Postures will be followed by a brief guided relaxation and mediation preparing participants for an opportunity to express themselves through the artistic tools provided by the studio. Yoga and Meditation led by Calvin Piktel current student at the Himalayan Institute of Palatine.

Join facilitator Calvin Piktel through a peaceful session of intentional healing with the other worldly sounds of his 7 unique Quartz singing bowls. Attuned to the main chakra centers, come relax, reset your mind, and align yourself on the path of bringing positive change to every aspect of your life.
