Join Waukegan Main Street (WMS) for their bimonthly community cleanups! They'll pick up litter to freshen up our Downtown! Cleanup starts at 9am and runs until 11am or when all of the litter is removed. Meet at 221 N Genesee Street (Three Brothers Theatre) and head South down to Belvidere Road. WMS will supply trash bags, gloves, and water for all.

Together, uncover and HEAL the trauma and injustices that occurred to us parents in school ... Trauma that is most likely preventing many from full an/or informed engagement of school staff and activities. This workshop will be led by Rene Pierre of pop. pour. sip.™ Graphic Design and Ashley Cullen-Williams of Honey B Wellz. Refreshments will be made available. RSVP to Rene at 224-430-9765.

Belvidere Cinema Gallery is showing the movie Soylent Green FREE ! In a densely overpopulated, starving New York City of the future, NYPD detective Robert Thorn investigates the murder of an executive at rations manufacturer Soylent Corporation. With the help of elderly academic, Thorn begins to make real progress -- until the governor mysteriously pulls the plug. Obsessed with the mystery, Thorn steps out from behind the badge and launches his own investigation.

ArtWauk is the monthly celebration of all arts in downtown Waukegan. Each month is a unique experience as the art exhibits, musicians and featured performances vary from one month to the next. Come downtown, grab dinner and enjoy the tactical application of the arts.

ALATS Dance is excited to present their 12th Fall Dance Recital. The Fall show has always been a showcase of technique in various styles of dance. This year the students have worked hard in learning technique in Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical Hip Hop, Afro Fusion, Musical Theater and Modern. All dance levels will be featured at this recital.

Waukegan Comedy Jam is so excited to have these headliners for this year's Jam at Three Brothers Theatre! Ton Johnson from Milwaukee will be on Saturday the 19th! Stay tuned for more lineup announcements!
