NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals are invited and must be received by the City of Waukegan Planning and Zoning Department no later than October 2, 2023 at 5pm (CT) for:

Brownfields Cleanup Environmental Services

This will be made available to all parties desiring to submit. Proposals shall be submitted via online submission at https://www.waukeganil.gov/FormCenter/Planning-Zoning-9/Request-for-Proposal-PZ202301-141 , no later than October 2, 2023 at 5pm (CT). 

Proposals shall be accompanied with the required enclosures and attachments as established in the RFP. RFP packets can be obtained through DemandStar at https://www.demandstar.com/app/agencies/illinois/city-of-waukegan/procurement-opportunities/c9af102c-315f-4cb9-86f6-4733f5dca88b/. RFP packets may also be obtained from the City of Waukegan by forwarding the request to . An RFP packet PDF will be forwarded to the email request. A physical copy of the bid packet must be requested three (3) business days in advance. 

Each Prospective Contractor, by submitting a Responsive Submission to provide the aforementioned services, signifies their intention and good faith to enter into a contractor agreement with the City of Waukegan should they be selected. The City reserves the right to reject any and all responsive submissions and make an award on that responsive submission which, in its opinion, are most advantageous to the City.
