The fee for a multiple date raffle is $50 per calendar year. The online application may be used to submit your request to the City of Waukegan. The raffle applications are approved by city council on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month. Please allow yourself enough time to apply for your raffle. Generally, an application should be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the city council meeting for raffle events to be held after said date.
