Does the Waukegan Police Department offer fingerprinting services to citizens?
Yes, fingerprinting services are available Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays), 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If payment is required, it must be made at the Records & Traffic Division located on the first floor of City Hall, 100 N. Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave., Waukegan, IL 60085. After payment is made you will be directed to the police department, which is directly across from City Hall. If payment is not required, you may go directly to the Bureau of Identification, located in the police department at 101 N West St., Waukegan, IL 60085; go to door# 5.
