The Glen Rock Culvert under Glen Rock Avenue is scheduled for replacement this year with construction starting on Wednesday, July 5th. The existing culvert has been routinely inspected and it has deteriorated to a point where full replacement is necessary. Bolder Construction has been awarded the contract and they are scheduled to start construction with a full roadway closure on Glen Rock Avenue between Lincoln Avenue and Chapel Street also starting on Wednesday, July 5th. The Glen Rock Avenue detour route will utilize Washington Street and will have a duration of 60 days with the roadway planned for reopening in September. The detour plan has additional information.
