The Comprehensive Land Use Plan helps the City define a distinct identity. The Plan contains policies/strategies relating to land use, infrastructure, transportation, urban design, economic development, and open space. It is used by the City Council, Planning & Zoning Commission and community investors to better understand our vision for the community.
