The warming centers in Waukegan are:
- Waukegan Public Library, 128 N. County Street: Monday - Thursday, 10am - 8pm, Friday, 10am - 6pm, Saturday and Sunday, 1pm - 5pm. (847) 623-2041
- Waukegan Township Park Place, 414 S. Lewis Avenue: 9am - 7pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am - 4:30pm, Thursday, 9am - 8pm, Saturday, 9am - 3pm. (847) 244-9242. This facility is designated for those 55 and older.
- Waukegan Park District Belvidere Recreation Center, 412 S. Lewis Avenue: Monday through Friday, 9am - 8pm, Saturday, 9am - 2pm. (847) 360-4700
- Waukegan Park District Jack Benny Center for the Arts, 39 Jack Benny Drive: Monday through Thursday, 10am - 9pm, Friday, 10am - 5pm, Saturday, 9am - 4pm. (847) 360-4740
- Illinois Department of Human Services, 2000 N. Lewis Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. (847) 336-5212
