Veterans Day Parade and Ceremony

Friday, November 11, 2022

Join the City of Waukegan, American Legion Homer Dahringer Post 281, WHS JROTC, and Abbott Middle School Band in honoring all military veterans. The parade will step off from Genesee and Washington Street and proceed west on Washington to the southwest corner of West and Washington, Veterans Plaza. The ceremony will be immediately following the parade. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be in Council Chambers at 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue.
