Join the conversation about the mental health struggles and stigma surrounding HIV/AIDs, hosted by Lake County Health Department and Art Impact Project. encounter in our art programming. Speakers will be followed by Q&A. Attendees will learn about ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
Dr Encinas is a Regional Medical Director at Lake County Health Department, seeing patients for primary care and specializing in the Managed Medical Clinic for people who are living with HIV.
Jason Hart was born on October 28 , 1990 in Tupelo Mississippi. Jason moved to Zion Illinois at the age of 7 to live with his mother and grandmother. When Jason was thirteen, he was separated from his family and spent the next few years in the juvenile justice system. When Jason was twenty-three, he diagnosed with HIV and learned that news would be a blessing in disguise. Today, he is the founder of Loveable Ministry and hopes to defeat all forms of hatred with love and light.
