Illinois Arts Council Listening Tour

The Illinois Arts Council Agency is coming to Waukegan for a Listening Tour to hear from community groups and stakeholders and from artists and art organizations about how best to deploy art grants from the Illinois Arts Council. The focus will be on the needs of our community and the challenges we face to create a robust art centered community. The goal of the Illinois Arts Council Agency is to make grant funding more accessible to geographically and demographically diverse communities.
