One of the most influential funk groups of the '70s, WAR is also one of the most eclectic, blending soul, Latin, jazz, blues and rock into funky, irresistible concoctions all their own. Today, their music is as infectious and meaningful as ever, and their message of brotherhood and harmony never gets old. So much so, that their songs continue to be featured in movies, television shows and TV commercials. Like fine wine, their music should be savored, not spilled.
