Emergency Assistance Program:
Provide emergency shelter as a result of fleeing domestic violence in their homes. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the program provides an emergency response team, 24-hour crisis line and intake process, emergency shelter/hotel stays, food (three meals a day), transportation, and medical assistance for the victims and their families.

Food Acquisition & Distribution Program:
Supply Waukegan member agencies with food and supplies for distribution to neighbors in need as well as provide food and supplies through direct distribution programs to children and seniors. The Food Bank is also supporting other non-member partners/agencies who are serving the community with food and supply assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Basic Needs Program:
Provide emergency food assistance including toiletries, clothing, and household supplies due to the COVID-19 pandemic through the basic needs program. In addition, the program will provide an ad-hoc delivery service of emergency food assistance to vulnerable populations such as seniors, undocumented immigrants, and individuals with no available transportation.
