A public hearing will be held by the City of Waukegan Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Office for the 2018 Program Year. This hearing will be held in Waukegan's City Hall Council Chambers (2nd Floor) at 100 N. Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Waukegan on:

CDBG is actively seeking input from citizens as well as agency and government representatives. Anybody with an interest in Waukegan is encouraged to attend. We are interested in community-based efforts within the City as well as your perception of how our federal funding should be allocated to address the community's needs. We need your input! Written comments will also be accepted both at the hearing and by mail addressed to: Pamela Jeffries, City of Waukegan CDBG, 100 N. Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Waukegan, IL 60085. Written comments should be received by November 2, 2017.
Persons with special needs wishing to attend a hearing should call 847-599-2565 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing date in order to make appropriate accommodations. Persons with questions should call 847-599-2530 or visit the CDBG office on the 3rd floor of City Hall.
