Waukegan Emergency Management

The Emergency Service and Disaster Agency (ESDA) is a state and county accredited organization this is responsible for the coordination of all city departments in time of need due to natural or man made disasters, nuclear or biological attacks, or peace time emergencies. The agency maintains overall responsibility for all emergency plans for the City of Waukegan, and for public education record keeping warning siren maintenance and testing.
