• The City of Waukegan is now using Oxcart to process Overweight/Oversize Truck Permits. You can create a free account online. Select the Carrier button at the top right of the screen and complete the fields. Once you are a registered carrier you will be able to fill in the Overweight, Oversize or Overweight and Oversize permit for the City of Waukegan.
