She raises her candle, but can only see the red reflection of many eyes peering from the dark. Suddenly her godfather stepped from the shadows. He walks to the Nutcracker and whispers in his wooden ear. The Christmas tree begins to grow and the Nutcracker comes to life!

    December 19, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM @ Waukegan City Hall Council Chambers, Second Floor

    City Council meets the first and third Monday of every month, except when holidays are on or observed on either of those Mondays. The public is welcome to attend the meeting and welcome to address City Council by signing up at the back of the Council Chambers prior to the start of the meeting. The public is also invited to any and all committee meetings scheduled prior to Council. Council meetings begin at 7:00 pm.
